Ray has had a varied career, starting in the automotive industry for the first part of his working life before jumping into adventure tourism during the second. The latter pathway has most definitely proven to be more fitting to his nature and has allowed his entrepreneurial spirit to be set free.
He has held many roles the past fifteen years ranging from wilderness guide to business owner, event coordinator, project manager, and business mentor. The past five years he has been the sales and coordination guy for a 130 event worldwide film festival (happy coincidence!) where his number one role is to guide tour stop organisers through their event management plans.
His most recent work finds him pivoting again as part of an action group exploring the areas of awareness and societal structures.
As a board member, he hopes to lend some insight to the flourishing of IVFF and continually looks forward to learning from others in the group.
